From one desiccant grade to a full polymer additives catalogue.

Shreegopal Polychem began in 1997 in Jodhpur with a single product, treated calcium oxide moisture-remover powder, for plastic processors who could not get clean extrusion from hygroscopic resin.

That one grade has grown into around twenty-eight grades across five product families: desiccant powder, desiccant masterbatch, filler masterbatch, colour masterbatch and additive masterbatch. Each grade was added because a customer asked for it, not because it filled a gap on a brochure.

Four principles, held steady from day one.

  1. Solve a real problem.

The first product solved a specific failure on hygroscopic resin lines. The same logic still drives the catalogue: every grade we add has to fix a specific failure on the line.

  2. Formulated to your line.

Resin choice, processing window and end-use spec are different on every line. Our application team adjusts loading and dispersion, and signs off only when the formulation runs cleanly on your equipment.

  3. Cleaner processing.

Calcium oxide desiccant cuts pinholes and pressure spikes on hygroscopic feed. Coated calcium carbonate reduces binder demand. Every gain on yield and run-time means less wasted resin and energy.

  4. India and beyond.

Indian processors are the anchor market; we ship beyond it through a distribution network built over years of customer relationships. Documentation, packaging and lead times are designed for long-haul shipping.

Same spec,
every batch.

Each grade ships with a Certificate of Analysis. Whatever you signed off in the trial is the spec that arrives on your dock, this consignment, next consignment, year after year.

What we’re working towards.

Today Our Mission
Manufacture polymer additives that perform reliably on the customer’s line: consistent batch-to-batch, formulated to the resin, and signed off against a grade sheet before they ship.
Tomorrow Our Vision
To remain the supplier our customers call when an extrusion line is off-spec, trusted for chemistry, traceability and a team that is reachable when it matters.
