Colour Masterbatch in vibrant household plastics, buckets, crates and furniture

Colour Masterbatch

Custom colour shades for PE, PP and PVC, matched and repeated batch after batch.

Colour Masterbatch gives plastic parts a consistent, even colour, matched to the exact shade you need. It carries organic and inorganic pigments in a polymer pellet, blended to your reference. Used for film, sheet, moulded and extruded products across a wide range of plastics.

We match custom shades from a physical sample, a Pantone or RAL reference, or your existing part, and confirm the colour before production. The carrier is matched to your base resin so the colour disperses cleanly with no specks or streaks, and grades are tuned to the look you want, from solid opaque colours to bright, clean tones. It is supplied as ready-to-use pellets for standard moulding and extrusion lines.

Frequently asked questions

What is Colour Masterbatch used for?

It gives plastic parts a consistent, even colour. We match custom shades to your reference and supply them for film, sheet, moulded and extruded products.

Which polymers does it work with?

Standard grades are compatible with polyethylene and polypropylene. We match the carrier resin to your base resin so the masterbatch melts and disperses cleanly during processing.

Can I get a trial sample?

Yes. Share your base resin, end application and your target shade or a colour reference, and we will ship a matched grade for line evaluation along with a Certificate of Analysis.

Can you match a specific shade?

Yes. Send a physical sample, a Pantone or RAL reference, or your existing part, and we will match the shade and confirm it before production.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard grades ship in 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation. Custom formulations matched to a specific application take 3 to 4 weeks. We confirm an exact timeline at the quote stage.
