DryLam Filler Masterbatch is a calcium carbonate based filler masterbatch engineered for extrusion lamination, blown film lamination and multilayer film structures where surface quality and processing stability are critical. Formulated with ultra-fine, high-purity calcium carbonate and a compatible polyethylene carrier, it delivers excellent dispersion, smooth melt flow and a superior film surface finish.
Unlike conventional fillers, this formulation is engineered for clean dispersion and stable, consistent processing on lamination lines, helping to keep the film surface smooth with no plate-out or die build-up.
It also improves stiffness, dimensional stability and bonding performance, making it ideal for lamination films, pouch films, multilayer packaging films and extrusion lamination applications. Dry blend with base resin and ensure uniform mixing before processing on blown film, cast film or extrusion lamination lines within the standard processing window.
