DryLam Filler Masterbatch

Optimised filler solution for high-performance lamination films.

DryLam Filler Masterbatch

DryLam Filler Masterbatch is a calcium carbonate filler made for lamination and multilayer film, where it keeps a smooth, clean film surface with no plate-out or die build-up.

It uses ultra-fine, high-purity calcium carbonate on a compatible polyethylene carrier, so it disperses cleanly and runs with stable melt flow on lamination lines. Along with the surface finish, it adds stiffness, dimensional stability and better bonding, which suits pouch films, multilayer packaging and extrusion lamination. Dry blend it with your base resin and mix uniformly before processing.

Frequently asked questions

What is DryLam Filler Masterbatch used for?

It is a calcium carbonate filler made for lamination film, adding stiffness, stability and a good finish while cutting cost. Typical uses include extrusion and dry lamination film.

Which polymers does it work with?

Standard grades are compatible with polyethylene and polypropylene. We match the carrier resin to your base resin so the masterbatch melts and disperses cleanly during processing.

Can I get a trial sample?

Yes. Share your base resin, end application and your film and lamination process, and we will ship a matched grade for line evaluation along with a Certificate of Analysis.

How is it supplied?

It is supplied as ready-to-use pellets that run on your existing line with no equipment change, added directly with your resin.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard grades ship in 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation. Custom formulations matched to a specific application take 3 to 4 weeks. We confirm an exact timeline at the quote stage.
