Modifier Polybooster W
High-mineral loading masterbatch for woven sacks and FIBC applications.
Modifier Polybooster W is a polymer modifier made by blending additives with polymer and elastomer co-polymer systems. In high-mineral-loading PE and PP compounds it improves processability and elongation, lifts gloss and surface finish, strengthens filler-to-polymer bonding and sealing, and lets processors add more filler (and cut white masterbatch use) without losing strength.
The result is a tougher, more uniform compound with consistent tensile and elongation and a smoother running line. It is most commonly used in woven sacks, jumbo bags (FIBC), blown film and tarpaulin compounds where filler loadings are moderate to high.

Key benefits
Add more filler, cut cost
Lets you raise mineral-filler loading and reduce white masterbatch use without losing strength.
Elongation without strength loss
Improves elongation while holding tensile strength in highly filled PE and PP compounds.
Better gloss, bonding & sealing
Lifts surface gloss and appearance, and strengthens filler-to-polymer bonding and sealing.
Cleaner, higher-output line
Steadier melt flow with less powder, die-carbon and wastage on extrusion lines.
Applications
Frequently asked questions
What is Modifier Polybooster W?
It is a polymer modifier added to filled polyethylene and polypropylene compounds. It lets you use more mineral filler while keeping the finished part strong, flexible and good-looking, and it helps the line run cleaner.
What does it improve?
Processability and elongation, surface gloss and finish, and the bonding and sealing between the filler and the polymer. It also helps reduce white masterbatch use and bring down cost.
Where is it used?
Woven sacks, jumbo bags, blown film, lamination, tarpaulin, pipes and thermoformed sheet, wherever filler loadings are moderate to high.
Which polymers does it work with?
Polyethylene and polypropylene compounds, alongside common mineral fillers such as calcium carbonate. The grade is matched to your resin and filler at the enquiry stage.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Tell us your resin, filler and what you want to improve, and we will send a matched grade with a Certificate of Analysis so you can run a trial on your line.
