Sodium Filler Masterbatch
Cut polymer cost in carry bags, garbage bags and blown film. No equipment change.
Sodium Filler Masterbatch lowers the cost of plastic compounds without changing your line. A share of the virgin polymer in your compound is replaced with a sodium-based mineral filler that is carried in pellets matched to your resin. The masterbatch is dosed at the hopper just like a colour or additive, so no equipment changes are needed.
Used in carry bags, garbage bags, shopping bags, blown film, liner film and other commodity polyolefin parts where raw-material cost is the dominant constraint. The carrier resin is matched to your host polymer so dispersion is clean and the filler does not affect downstream sealing, printing or lamination steps when loaded correctly.

Key benefits
Lower raw-material cost
Replaces a share of virgin polymer with a low-cost mineral filler, cutting compound cost across every bag and film run.
Drop-in at the hopper
Dosed alongside the host resin like any masterbatch. No line changes, no new feeders, no operator retraining.
PE and PP compatible
Carrier resin matched to your host polymer so dispersion is clean in HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP commodity grades.
Reliable supply
Consistent quality lot-to-lot with a Certificate of Analysis on every shipment, manufactured under ISO 9001:2015.
Applications
Frequently asked questions
What does Sodium Filler Masterbatch do in the line?
It is a cost-down filler. A share of the virgin polymer in your compound is replaced with a sodium-based mineral filler carried in matched pellets. The masterbatch drops in at the hopper alongside the host resin, so raw-material cost goes down without any line modification.
Which polymers and processes is it compatible with?
Polyolefins: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP. It is used in carry bags, garbage bags, shopping bags, blown film, liner film and general-purpose moulded parts where cost is the dominant constraint. The carrier resin is matched to your host polymer at the enquiry stage.
How is Sodium Filler different from Calcium Filler Masterbatch?
Both reduce polymer cost. Calcium carbonate is the established cost-down mineral and gives the highest loading. The sodium-based grade offers a different cost/performance balance, suiting customers who want a sodium alternative or who blend the two minerals for a specific film property. We can recommend the right filler family after the application is shared.
Can I get a trial sample?
Yes. Share the host resin, the end application (carry bags, garbage bags, blown film, etc.) and the cost-reduction target. We supply a matched grade with a Certificate of Analysis and dosing guidance for a line trial. Sample shipping is free within India; export samples are available with freight at cost.
How is the product supplied?
Free-flowing pellets dosed at the hopper alongside your base resin. Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis and we manufacture under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
